Houchens Industries Employee-Owners Named to Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2026
The Bowling Green Area Chamber of Commerce is proud to announce the 34 participants selected for the Leadership Bowling Green Class of 2026. This immersive community leadership program, now in its 40th year, continues its mission to equip established and emerging leaders with the knowledge, connections, and inspiration needed to champion Bowling Green and Warren County.
Launched in 1985, Leadership Bowling Green has shaped more than 1,000 alumni who lead businesses, nonprofit organizations, and civic initiatives that have strengthened the fabric of our community. What began as a local effort to develop informed leaders has grown into a powerful, multi-generational legacy, one that continues to impact lives and drive progress across our region.
This year’s program officially kicked off on August 14th with an orientation session at the Chamber and a public introduction of the Class of 2026 during Business After Hours. Over the next ten months, participants will engage in two retreats and seven program days designed and led by Leadership BG Alumni. Through hands-on experiences in healthcare, education, local and state governments, judicial systems, economic development, and more, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of the community they serve.
