Houchens Insurance Group Acquires Business Benefits

Houchens Insurance Group has announced the acquisition of Business Benefits, located in Fort Mitchell, KY. The acquisition came into effect on November 1, 2025.

Business Benefits has been serving the Greater Cincinnati area for decades and has long been recognized as a leader in the employee benefits space. The acquisition of Business Benefits will further strengthen Houchens Insurance Group’s position in the market, especially in the Greater Cincinnati area, and brings together two organizations with a shared commitment to excellence and service.
